Willin' to do Some Killin'?

Intro

Well, I don't really find myself having time to play games anymore, and I especially don't since I sit behind a measly old P166. But I used to a lot, and I used to be pretty good too. Today, however, the only gaming I really ever do is when my buds and I get together for a once in a while "LAN Party".

We just bring our PCs to someones house, hook em up via a network (however possible), and have a long and late night of gaming. What do we play?

3D Shooters

We're all big on 3D shooters: everything from Half-Life, Quake, Quake 2, Unreal, to Doom and Duke. We've all formed a nice little clan which isn't too active called Clan [NyA]. A couple of our guys are active online, so look out for em.

Racing

You're driving a brand spankin new candyapple red Lamborghini SV and hittin close to 200mph. Things are goin great. Suddenly, you see another Lamborghini's black shape sneak into your rearview mirror. Blue and red lights start flashing, and the cop starts ramming you from every direction., and eventually stops your car dead cold in the middle of the road. Speeding ticket! (If you're lucky)

Sound like fiction? Well, it is, but try convincing us to believe you when you tell us that at our LAN Parties...you'll find yourself ghastly unsuccessful. What could be more fun than being chased down by your friends taking on the role as a cop through some of the most wicked tracks in the world?

Incase you didn't know, I'm talking about Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit, a big favorite among all of us. We'll also play a little MotoRacer 2, and MotoCross Madness (on occasion). Great fun.
